Scandinavian Music Groupis a Finnish rock band, formed in the year 2002. All the original members of the band played in a popular Finnish band Ultra Bra(1994-2001) until it broke up. Some of the Scandinavian Music Group's songs were actually born at the time when Ultra Bra still existed. The band rose to mainstream popularity at the year 2002 by their first single Kun tuuli oli viilee ("When the wind was chilly") / Kun puut tekee seittiä ("As trees form a gossamer") which achieved the third place on the Finnish official chart.
